meeting your soul

A beautiful soul joined the meeting your soul podcast this week. Atulya came into my yoga class months ago and after many post-class conversations we fostered a friendship on this crazy journey of life. Her passion, creativity and willingness to go against the grain never ceases to amaze me. During our time together, we discuss her adolescence as an overachiever who constantly surprise her classmates with remarkable projects that wow'd everyone with their unique presentation. No surprise, she ended up at art school and became a designer for a shoe designer for her first position out of college. As a creative women working in the industry tech she continues to use creative solutions to solve more practical complications  within her field. She still get her creative juices flowing with crafts and other fun projects that make everyone smile.
